Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Gift Memberships ("we") collects to run gifts on Whop, why, and how long we keep it. We only collect what is needed to deliver a gift.

What we collect

• From buyers: your name, your email (optional, for receipts), the recipient's name and email (when you choose email delivery), your message and the delivery date.
• From Whop: payment and membership identifiers needed to confirm a purchase and a claim. Card details are handled by Whop; we never see or store them.
• From creators: your whop's name, logo, products, gift prices and appearance settings.

How we use it

• To create the gift, show the gift card, send the gift email on the chosen date and confirm the claim.
• To send buyers a receipt and a notice when the gift is delivered and claimed.
• To show creators their gifts and sales in the app.

We don't sell personal data and we don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Whop — payments, accounts and memberships.
• Cloudflare — hosting of the app.
• Neon — database.
• Resend — sending emails.

How long we keep it

Gift records are kept so creators and buyers can see their history. Checkouts that were started but never paid are deleted after 7 days. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
